We reserve the right to keep your data for up to one year. We may retain it for as long as needed to run the event, for record-keeping, and to meet our legal obligations.

Who sees it

Your information is used internally only. When you show your QR code to the barista at the event, they may see that you are a registered participant in the context of redeeming your drink. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing or other purposes.
